Kalamek Garments delivery partners will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts Kalamek Garments reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

We may charge you with a shipping charge (inclusive of tax) in some cases. The communication shall be available to you at the time of placing the order.
In case of refund of the product, the refund of the shipping charges will be done as per the refund policy.

We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 7 to 15 Days, once the order is placed except on weekend or on public Holidays. We deliver to all the Locations across the Country.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within time shown on the product page. However, a delay of 72 hours is possible from the designer / manufacturer in case of unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
WHEN DO WE DELIVER
All domestic orders are shipped by your preferable transport between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday. It takes maximum of 7 to 15 days for national shipping.
SHIPPING IN INDIA
Charges may vary according to the location for any shipment in India. It I will be calculated actual to pay basis. This is to maintain the service level and provide your product on time. The shipping charge is non-refundable.
