www.kivonshirts.com believes helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Return and Exchange Policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Not satisfied with our product? We promise full refund for the item.

  • If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 15 days of receipt.
  • You can call our customer center on (079) 25508433 to book a reverse pick up from your location. Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. Any amount you spend on sending the product by yourself will be reimbursed with www.kivonshirts.com discount vouchers for a maximum amount of Rs.150. Please mention invoice number on the address label.
  • We will refund the money or issue credit voucher, as per your choice. Refund/Credit voucher will be initiated after we receive the product at our warehouse. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank). For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be done through NEFT, and it may take upto 5-7 business days for the refund amount, to reflect in your bank account. Credit vouchers will be issued within 5-7 business days and can be used to purchase again from www.kivonshirts.com. Please choose the desired option when initiating the return request on our website.
  • Any discount vouchers / cashback vouchers applied will be activated again. Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order. Free Gifts can not be returned or exchanged.
  • Trendin.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
  • Refund/Credit voucher will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
  • Credit voucher will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the product. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 5 working days of receiving the product. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account. COD refund will be done through NEFT and will be initiated within 5 working days of receiving the product. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount, to reflect in the bank account provided by you.
  • You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.
  • Please pack the products properly and paste/write the address: E-Commerce Division, Kalamek Garments, 1653/9, Shanti kunj colony, Nagar sethvando, Ghee kanta road, Ahmedabad-380001. Please mentions return Id on the packet.
  • Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
  • Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
  • www.kivonshirts.com. in follows a 15days No question asked return policy. You can return the product within 15 days of delivery.
